FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about watching 1ClickTV in a browser.

Is the 1ClickTV Web Player free?

Yes. The web player comes with every 1ClickTV subscription at no extra cost; you only need an active subscription to sign in.

Which login do I use?

The server URL, username and password from your 1ClickTV subscription email (Xtream Codes), or the M3U link you received. Lost them? Write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram and we'll send them again.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The player runs in your browser. On a phone or tablet you can add it to the home screen and open it like an app.

Does it work on iPhone, Android and smart TVs?

Yes: Safari on iPhone and iPad, Chrome on Android, and the browser of most smart TVs and TV boxes, where you move around with the remote. On a FireStick or an Android TV box, an IPTV app from our installation guides gives the smoothest picture.

Can I watch on more than one device?

The web player counts as one of your subscription's devices. Watching on more screens at once than your plan includes can stop the stream, so pick a plan with more devices if you need them.

Why is there no sound on a few channels?

A few channels use Dolby audio (AC-3 / E-AC-3), which Chrome and Firefox can't play. The player tells you when that happens; Microsoft Edge and Safari play those channels with sound.

Is my login safe?

Yes. The player runs over HTTPS and keeps your login in your own browser. Favorites and progress are saved under a key made from your login that can't be turned back into it.
